We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery with receipt and original packaging for a refund, & a 20% handling / Restocking fee will be the charge on all orders. The refund policy for the rest of our products reminds the same (as listed below) Once an order ships it is unable to be canceled or returned.
